createpage action module

Called from the customise screen, creates a new page

action routine

Input: CGI data from UIG (which contains userid, title, id of page to copy)
Output: Prints http location to return user to customise page

PDL

Get email address of user from userdata table
Call copy_page routine to create new page (returns new pageid)
Update item table to change title of new page
Print http location command with appropriate URL
